Direct response marketing is gold, right?
You make an offer and get a result. If it works, you do more of it. If it doesn’t work, you tweak the offer and do it again, until you get results.
But, if you’re only focusing on direct response marketing, you’re missing something. In fact, you may be guilty of some very short-term thinking that could endanger your business in the long run.

Slow dial-up connections made videos impossible, and even photos were a rare treat. There were no blogs, no podcasts and no Google. But hey, at least there was email—and eBay! 🙂
Today, your audience expects a lot more from your website than just a few links and simple graphics, and when designed properly, your website becomes one of your most important business tools.
As much as I love running my own business, sometimes I drive myself crazy.
